The great trickster plays in such a way that you sometime fall prey to it and still it make you believe that you are in control... :)
one and half week lost and I have yet to achieve what I had planned to acieve ..... still sometimes I feel that I am all powerful and I am controlling my desiny...how funny that is ...however when looking from a birds eye view you are just a small dry straw of dry grass flowing in a wild stream..However I am pretty confident that I will overcome the flow and I can force my way up the stream in spite of all odds...however there are so many things to do and its not very easy to set up your priority in life...
Now in this blog I will just post the numbers and I will analyze it with a multi dimensional approach to see where I stand now and where I want to go...
First of all let me tell you my assumptions...

Now this parameter might change bases on you mental state at the point of posting of this blog...

One good this is that I can really understand now that the subconscious is much more powerful than I had initially thought...I can feel its true potential....and that is what creates your beliefs...
I can give at least 10 very personal examples from my life and of my close friends...I will illustrate them later...just a simple very recently that I had a lower back ache since 3-4 months and now just one day I convinces my subconscious that I dont have it and like a miracle from the next morning I am not having that for real... amazing....
enough about that now time for some daily goal setting ...I have already exceeded my daily quota of 30 mins and its already 45 minutes on still rolling...I will set a very very realistic target for tomorrow...

Health- get up at 7 in the morning and workout for 15-20 minutes at home
in the evening 5 block running in 60mins
mental health,--listen to some mindpower audio book and take 20 mins for exercise(lean time)
personal satisfaction from family/friends --call up parents for 10mins and 2 friends 10 mins each (evening after sleep)
intellectual Health --Read 4 abstracts and atleat 25 pages more ( 2 before lunch and 2 after coffee)
availability of time for recreational activities - Party with booze with friends and watch movies (after 9PM)
Professional satisfaction of work -- learn 2 new things and apply them...note what you learnt ---start a new thing (take a 30-45 mins slab)
